March 2005: BBC2's The Apprentice
The American version of the show captivated millions and coined the words 'You're fired' as a national catchphrase.
In The Apprentice, fourteen aspiring entrepreneurs will endure rigorous tasks and compete for a hefty £100,000 job with philanthropist, Sir Alan Sugar in the longest and most exhilarating job interview ever.
Soon to be on Episode 5 the show is screened weekly on Wednesday at 8pm (17th March)

What makes this site different to a lot of others is the approach.
Here you will find plenty of real world practical experiences from a variety of different sources.
Whilst maintaining an academic thread the view is very much based on the real world and is a great place for post MBA graduates to carry on honing their learning as well as the hands on manager who has come up through the ranks and wants to feed has mind without having to conduct extensive study.
In addition most sites of this nature seem to have a US bias to them and the authors of the site felt it was time that the Brits make a mark on the scene. That said the view taken is still globally and culturally holistic in nature.
